aiyoh~ out of 10 toenails... 4 dropped off.. 1 is totally black, n the rest r dead. so poor thing. plus i went for my training today n did a 2.5km n gave up. hahaha... v bad. my head n ears r giving my v big problem. the pain is almost like in a pressurized cabin. i just had to quit.
